Delivery

We Ship to All addresses throughout:

  • Netherlands (NL)
  • Belgium (BE)
  • Luxembourg (LU)

Orders placed before 12 noon on working days will be shipped the same day. Otherwise they will be shipped on the next working day.

 

Cancelations

We aim to provide a same day despatch service where possible for orders received before 1pm.

This however means that we will not be able to cancel orders placed before this time. Should you wish to cancel your order if it were received after 1pm please email or call us (details on contact page) asap after placing on the same day and we will do our best to assist. We cannot always guarantee that we will be able to carry out your request.

If your order arrives and you are still unsatisfied, please get in touch at orders@karnlea.eu.

Returns

Please contact us at orders@karnlea.eu if you would like to return your items and we will help you arrange.

All returns must first be authorised by us, and an authorisation code will be supplied. We do not accept returns without prior authorisation.

To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned and received in the same condition you received them. This means that all individual packs of broth must remain unopened and untampered with. 

Unless there is a problem with the item, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. Please contact us to discuss if you have any queries.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the return of the item in good condition.
